End-to-end podcast production and web management for The Oxford Group — editing episodes, building landing pages, and managing all content across a 12-month series.
The Brief
The Oxford Group — a global leadership development and executive coaching consultancy — wanted to launch a podcast as part of their content marketing strategy. The Leadership Matters Podcast was designed to reach HR directors, senior leaders, and people professionals with insight-led conversations about leadership and organisational performance.
My role covered both sides of the production: editing and preparing each episode for publication, and building and managing all the web pages that brought the content to life on their WordPress site.
This was employed work carried out during my time at The Oxford Group. I was responsible for all podcast production and web page management — I did not write the episode content, but I edited the audio, built every landing page, and managed all related content publishing.

Approach
With 11 episodes published over roughly 12 months, consistency was key — both in audio quality and on-page presentation. Each episode followed the same production and publishing workflow: edit, QA, build page, configure metadata, add related content, and publish.
The web pages were built within The Oxford Group's WordPress CMS, working within their existing brand and design system. The goal was always a clean, professional presentation that reflected the quality of the conversations and the consultancy's reputation.
